I applied online waited two weeks heard nothing back. Called to ask about my interview or if I should find somewhere else, they gave me a time and date for the interview. Interview was short, simple, and personality based.

Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.
