Friendly, but extensive. Had to interview separately with five different managers. Each had a question regarding how learning content would impact their own department. Each wanted to know if you knew how to do what their specialty led them to believe were requirements for their own department. Several of the people I interviewed with ended up being people I barely interacted with in my job.
