Had a phone interview fairly quickly after I had applied for the position. Basic general stuff. Went to the corporate office for second interview with the the sales manager. About an hr long, more sales and sales process oriented. (So far good) Got called in for third interview with HR. This interview focused on the same questions as second interview, but from a non sales interviewer. Rather than the process part of sales, this was more focused on achievements, awards and taking lots of notes. All fine until this point. From here on never heard back from Cintas or its representatives. Sent first follow up email to the HR rep 3-4 working days after my third interview and the response was quick, letting me know hiring manager will be back in office in couple of days. Second follow up email sent 1 week from the last email. Had no response. Called couple of days after and left a message, again no response. Sent another email 1 week from then, no response. So basically they never bothered to get back to me. I understand, as a candidate I might not have been a perfect fit with the position. And that is fine, but the least one can do after taking 3 interviews, each an hour plus, is let the candidate know. This was the worst experience I had while interviewing for a position. This shows the corporate culture within Cintas. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Really poor experience!!

Intensive, thorough, professional. great culture and the standard from all of their employees is exceptional. they invest from within and have lots of upward growth opportunities and fast. could not say enough great things about the company and people.
