I don't understand what qualifications you need to do this job! Interview process was a complete joke and waste of time. Phone interview, then with a sales manager, then the ride along, 4th with another effin supervisor. Finally a friggin interview with this so called big shot who was probably afraid I would take his job. HR department is wack! idiots don't know the process themselves to do reference checks. How much time do these guys think people have for a job that flips mats and picks up peoples dirty laundry. I can't believe I was willing to go that low for a job. Pissed only because if I wasn't what you needed then why not tell me. Knew I was over qualified but thought it would be a great way to get foot in door.
