Entrevista
Received a phone interview within days after applying that lasted about a half and hour. Set up face to face interview for the next day. I felt that the situation questions from both interviews were the same. The second interview was very laid back, boarding on unprofessional. The interviewer asked about six questions on how I would handle certain situations. I felt that the questions were very similar to each other. There was no questions relating to education, achievements or qualifications. As offered, I asked questions about the business and salary and he did not even know what the amount was. He advised that he would have the other phone interview person call with the information. Instead I received an email that I would not be considered further for the position.

Very structured, felt a little bit not personal and kind of repetitive. There was multiple calls as you progress through the hiring process with very similar questions. I think they read from a script.

Entrevista
There was an initial phone interview with their HR Business Partner. Almost immediately following the call an in office interview was scheduled. I was not asked to fill out an application nor was my references asked for. I met with the current Office Manager in training. The interview was pleasant and seemed to go very well. The interview was about an hour and fifteen minutes. Within two days I was called back to interview with the GM. This portion of the interview was a bit tougher. Not so much the questions but the GM's demeanor. His phone range twice during the interview which distracted him as well as me from the interview. He continued to look at his caller ID several times after as well as his watch. The interview lasted less that twenty minutes. At the end of the interview I was told someone would get back to be on next steps or feedback regarding the interview.
Ultimately I received a form letter via email that I was not selected for the job. I was surprised by this as I was expecting to get a call with at least feedback.
