There are aprox four interviews in the hiring process. The first interview will be a phone screening. Next they will bring you in for an interview with your future supervisor. Expect about an hour and the format is mostly just to get to know you before moving on. I had two more interviews with my supervisor and other senior level managers and then finally an interview with the CFO.
