The interview process took over three months before I was contacted for hire. Three different interviews, with three different supervisors at three different times and days. I had no difficulties with the back round checks as I'm a convicted felon.

Very structured. Interviewers were professional and courteous. Lots of "provide us with an example of a time when..." questions. Be ready to talk about previous tasks you have accomplished and how they relate.
