Sam Ferraro was my Recruiter when interviewing for Rentwell Properties in Pittsburgh. I went through a phone interview, a video interview, and a 3-hour drive to an onsite interview at Rentwell's facility. This had all spanned over about 3 weeks. I thought the interview went really well, and I was excited to hear back. I heard nothing. No rejection, no update from my Recruiter (whom I emailed afterwards to ask for an update because she had been MIA for a week). I understand if you don't get back to someone after they apply and don't fit, but I had three rounds of interviews and drove 6 hours in one day just to be ghosted. It's extremely unprofessional and quite hurtful to be honest. I'm now a Recruiter, and I know that this would NOT fly in my workplace.
