Entrevista
The entire interview process flowed exactly as their internal recruiter had originally established with me. Zoom call with hiring manager, then Zoom calls with other team members and a final call with the hiring manager again. There were no surprises along the way.

6 Total Interviews -Recruiter -Senior Sales Exec x2 -Hiring Manager -Potential Peer -Presentation & Tech Q&A (Hiring Manager/SE) For the interviews, they read off a shared document that removes questions so the next interviewer doesn't repeat. Meaning that there is a lack of subjective thought process presented by interviewers. To best prepare for their interviews, do a search of "best interview questions to ask" and you should be good. They ask you to learn their platform and industry to present on so be prepared for a lengthy research and presentation build process. Rating the interview process as difficult because of the immense amount of time they require during the process.

First interview was a basic interview. After that, I had Peer panel session and cross function session. As for the final round, about 20 Questions about IT technical words and Presentation role play on the company's product was done.

Please research our product, competitive landscape, and widely used platforms in the CI/CD
and DevOps space.
Presentation Scenario
Salesforce has contacted CircleCI’s VC firm, Scale, asking for an introductory meeting at the
CircleCI office. Salesforce would like to learn more about the CircleCI total offering. We know
little about Salesforce - we know that they use GitHub extensively, and their current CI/CD
solution is Jenkins.
Your task is to prepare an overview of CircleCI for the Head of DevOps of Salesforce. Your
presentation should be a maximum of 10 minutes and include:
● An overview/intro of CircleCI and its products
● The benefits and value provided by CircleCI’s products given the Salesforce current use
case.
You may leverage any materials you can find - taking quotes and images directly from
http://circleci.com/ is allowed and encouraged.
Notes:
● The focus should be on value, not technology. Technology will almost certainly need to
be mentioned to discuss value, but it should not be the focus of the presentation (i.e.,
please don’t list features as your selling points.)
● This should specifically NOT be a question and answer session to learn about
Salesforce. We want to see you pitch for the full duration, introducing CircleCI to the
customer.
● Please come prepared to pitch. Have your Zoom link ready and your notes separate
from the screen share.
