The first online interview was comfortable and relaxed. The recruiter maintained a friendly tone, listened closely, and asked questions based on my earlier responses. I was invited to a second interview with the team. The communication was professional and engaging. I did not receive an offer, but I did get detailed feedback on my skills.

I went through several stages in the interview process: first a People and Culture interview, then a Design interview, followed by a design challenge and presentation. In the final step, I had a conversation with the co-founders. I received very quick feedback after each stage, which made the entire process smooth and fast despite the multiple rounds!
