It was a very long selection process. First I had a WebEx interview. I was asked behavioral question, for example: If a person doesn't agee with your point of view, how would you react and what would you do to convince hemi/her? Second round, the video. I had to record a 2 minutes video anwering a question. The question was: What are the building blocks of smart cities? What are the technologies that will make them possible? The third and last round was the Assesment Centre. There I had four activities: a regular interview, a 10 minute presentation (no slides, only whiteboard), a technical quiz (based on a 40 minute video, easy) and a role play. The role play was the most difficult parte, prepare for that in advance. Although I didn't made it, it was a great experience. Everyone treats you nice and makes you feel comfortable.
