Entrevista
I was contacted by Cisco HR/Recruiter. He indicated it was a well established team that was looking to add someone who could provide a fresh perspective on the product and business. The call went well and I agreed to an interview with a teammate the next day.
The interviewer was 11 minutes late to a virtual video interview. He had the attitude that I was lucky to be interviewing. During the initial 10 mins that we discussed my background he kept looking at his second monitor. He asked me why I wanted this position, but since I did not directly apply, I asked him to tell me more about the product and the business goals. At that point he said, something has come up, I have to go. It was pretty disrespectful.
I don't think I will pick up the phone for Cisco again.

This cycle of workforce reductions has not only impacted morale but has also placed additional pressure on the remaining staff to handle increased workloads with fewer resources.

Entrevista
First the recruiter called me confirming that resume is shortlisted. There was a round of one technical interview after initial screening by the recruiter. The interview was scheduled online for 1 hour.

Entrevista
This was a standard recruiter screen and hiring manager interview. The hiring manager asked me rather basic interview questions about product management, such as what are 3 attributes of a good product manager and my experience with the product domain (observability).
