Applied thru an employee referral. Met with screener first on a phone call, then was invited to a panel interview with team members, followed by meeting hiring manager to discuss the offer.

3 rounds. Group. Complete task assessment in the interview. Very easy start up vibes. going but task awhile for them to get back to you. Very fun place to work

Cisco, you can and should do better. A company with your reputation ought to uphold higher standards of communication and professionalism.
