I applied on site, after one day got call from hiring engineer, got phone interview in 2 days, technical questions all from job descriptions and also he checked my backgroud, after invited for on-site interview, had 3 technical interviews all questions were from job description MPLS, OSPF and programming skills, after I had interview with hiring manager, got some psychological questions. After few days, received offer.
