Todo inicia con una sesion informativa donde te dan información sobre el programa CSAP y el proceso de reclutamiento. Despues tienes que subir videos de 3 minutos contestando diferentes tipos de preguntas. Finalmente tienes que ir a las oficinas para realizar tres pruebas: Entrevista de panel, Entrevista tipo caso y finalmente una presentacion.
