Most of the interviews questions were focused on ensuring you were the right fit in terms of understanding their software development processes and on the ability to keep the team motivated and avoid attrition.

Interviewer was not sincere, was playing with his dog whole time. I couldn't understand how this person has become director. Questions were aimed at proving what you dont know than what you know.
