Received a call from a recruiter within a week of applying asking to schedule an interview. 1. Screening Round: Went through my resume asked questions about react, java, and some easy-level coding questions. As I didn't receive any reply I emailed the recruiter and the recruiter scheduled the next 3 interviews after 2 weeks. The recruiter asked me to schedule them immediately. 2. It was with a tech lead, even though they mentioned different languages in the job description, the lead told me they are specifically looking for python developers. The lead was very rude. 3. Next interview was with a senior engineer he asked me two coding questions to do in python and some networking protocols. 4. In the last interview the interviewer asked me a coding question and some puzzles. After a week I emailed the recruiter and they emailed me that cisco is in a hiring freeze. After a month I received a call from a recruiter asking me to schedule a call with the hiring manager. He gave a verbal offer and asked me to wait for a week since the hiring freeze is not over yet. After 4 weeks they told me that the requisition got canceled.
