I applied online. At the beginning, they have a 1st small interview which is just to see you can speak english and you are motivated. Then you go through 2 more interviews, one technical, one manager. Everyone is polite and friendly, quite pleasant experience. Everything was via Webex due to covid.

So Overall it was great and very positive. 1) First was the submission of the application 2) Had an interview over the phone, questions were non technical (what do you know about cisco? why you? Do you have any work experience) After this phone interview which was also pleasant i got the answer that i had passed and that i was going to be called in to under go a day at the assessment center 3) The Assessment Center This was a 4 hour assessment and i had 3 interviews 1) First was an interview with a Tac engineer i had to prepare a verbal presentation (i had chosen OSPF as my topic), before the interview with the engineer i had a mini test which was very basic on paper 2) Second interview was with HR/ Business sector, all questions were HR based (where do you see your self in 2-5-10 years, strength-weaknesses, where would you like to work in cisco(what sector) ) 3) Final Interview was Case with other people who had applied, there is now wrong or right answer here they basiclly want to se how you work in a team and how to you work towards resolving problems. Overall this was a very pleasant experience :)
