There was an interview with the staffing agency and then with hiring manager, a peer, and a VP, 1:1 behavioral interviews all done via phone, Interview was standard no crazy questions. Fairly standard, know about the company and why you want to work there. Helps if you know the product

Very good process... in depth and met with several leaders and project team members. Good experience, and the team was reall welcoming. Highly recommend as a place to work and build a career.
Interview with Cisco was nice and human. HR was really good at their job, quite pleasant. All important informations were handed out upfront and I felt like the process will not be too long.
