I have applied for around 30+ jobs over the last couple of years at Cisco. I'm a VP-level experienced candidate in the networking field and those JDs were > 90% match. I never got a call. Wrote an email to their HR leaders. The next day, I got more rejection emails for pending applications and no response to my concern for a fair employment opportunity for an interview, Highly disappointed by their recruitment process and transparency.
