On campus interview wit 3 different people. Questions were mostly behavioral (how do you function in a team setting) but you should know something about Cisco and their products as well. 14 of us interviewed and 3 moved on to the second round. Second round was a case on a conference call. Only 1 candidate was given an offer after this round.
