It was a straight forward process. I had to complete a pre-interview task answering some questions on certain aspects of assessing medicinal products. This was sent to the company before I was invited for interview.
The interview began with a presentation about the grad scheme given by one of my interviewers. I had three people present during my interview - the two co-founders of the company along with another employee. I then had to deliver a presentation on a topic of my choice - the brief specified that it should be something I had found interesting during my research for the pre-interview task (I had prepared the presentation beforehand). After this I was asked a couple of questions on the topic I had presented, another on what I had written for the task and also about my previous experience.
