submit an application online, followed by an OA invitation about 1-2 weeks later, followed by two phone interviews (I didn't pass them, so idk what goes next, but I think it's similar to the standard onsite superday)

Online interview with behavioural and probability questions. The interviewers were very friendly and made the process comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and felt fair in both structure and difficulty.
