I really think HR should get their act together in the way they treat employees. Their exec contacted me on my mobile, but when I followed up on the progress after the interview, I was ghosted! At least, have the decency to send a rejection to candidates or let them know or respond to them since you used that channel of communication. Disappointed with the unprofessional handling by HR.
