First a phone call for both sides to ask some general questions and arrange for a more in-depth interview. The interview was conducted by two team leads beginning in Lithuanian then followed by English which was the main language used. The questions were more on the side of technical knowledge and applicable experience but some questions to judge personality are included. A section of the interview is given to ask any remaining or more specific questions about the position. The interviewers were friendly and helpful.
