First round is the phone interview which consisted of basic behavioural questions that took 20-30mins. Was contacted a week later to schedule an in person interview which consisted of a half hour reconciliation test and a half hour journal entry test. There was also an in person interview with 2 interviewers asking questions that were more specific to hedge funds.

The interview was a Whats App phone call for 15mins. Technology is so poor they do the interviews over whats app - computers don't have video calls, no teams or anything. Very few questions - barely felt like an interview.
