Entrevista
Submitted my resume to a friend working there. Got a call from their recruiter and was interviewed by the hiring manager and took the exam. Everything went well. After that, I didn't hear from them again. I sent a follow up email after 1.5 weeks and and another after a week but I got no response from their recruiter. It was really a disappointing experience because I am really impressed with their company. For whatever reason, they should always give feedback to their candidates on the status of their application regardless if the candidate failed or there are just too much things to handle on their end. It really shows and reflect their company culture as to how they value their candidate and their employee. Hope you guys give importance to your candidate and treat them with respect and courtesy.

It was a one day process interview for initial and final interview. The interview was okay and they will share the process of training and opportunities the position could offer.
Easy. Depends on the Manager if they are technical. Some basic personal questions. Be charming and polite.
1st interview is with HR. 2nd is that they will schedule with either 1 manager and 1 team lead, or 2 team leads. They also conduct open houses where they will hire on the spot. You'll know you got this if they laughed or when they say, stay after the interview.

The process was so smooth and interactive, also the HR team was so supportive during all the steps of the interviews. The overall process was good and very much excited to work for this company
