1st round consists of an assignment, rather 2 assignment sheets, to be submitted. Simple it is, but is open ended so one has to work hard to make it impressive.
Post that there's an interview scheduled with the Onshore team. Interview is mainly focused on knowledge as well as managerial/HR skills. Every line if the CV will be discussed in depth.
