Applied online for the position and the HR team gets back to you in a month for the 1 round of Selection process which is an Aptitude test for the role. -After 2 -3 weeks, they contact you for a phone interview. - The Toronto team has an amazing HR manager who is incredibly responsive and gives specific instructions as to the next steps. After the phone interview, immediately scheduled for an in-person interview as the interview went well. -The in-person interview was quite awkward. They asked so much about my previous company and what they did and functioned more than making the interview about the role and the candidate which really put me off. -I just got asked a few questions about me and my skills and 1 behavioral question. Even then they didn't frame the questions well enough to answer. They were interrogative and seemed confused when I did talk about my previous experience almost like they didn't understand anything in this role which just confused me further. -Left the interview feeling unsatisfied.
