I've applied online for this position. Then within 2 weeks received email that they want to conduct a phone interview. During phone interview they asked general job interview questions: what i know about company? why i want to join the company? ..and etc. Also they asked me some specific questions : what is "SWAPs"? what is "future options"?what is hedge funds?
Then, within 2-3 days after phone interview, i received offer for "in person" interview. There also they ask very typical job interview questions:about my previous experience, weaknesses/strengths, example of the skills (which were mentioned in my resume) and etc.
They offer me the position after 2 days of in person interview.
In general, (my personal opinion) they are looking for confident people, who are willing to work and learn. Who are ready to work overtime and who has good work ethics.
I'm very glad that i got this position and join Citco.

Entrevista
After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.

Entrevista
The interview process involved two rounds focusing on my technical knowledge and communication skills. Both the interviewers were supportive, encouraged and asked relevant questions and assessed my understanding of financial concepts and problem solving abilities.
interview process was good and the questions are not very difficult it is from low to medium mostly ask from jd and check your general knowledge in short and prepare a little about interpersonal question as well
