I applied online and a headhunter got hold of my resume. About one and a half months later, I was called to be scheduled for a first interview. In about two weeks, I got interviewed first by phone, which took about an hour. Then in person, the same set of people, save for about one person who could not fly in for the interview. That was about another hour. They were all very professional. Then a final short one, and then got offered the job. The entire process took about 3 months due to the initial startup of the company.
