My first round was with one analyst and it was about 20 minutes and felt like a screening. It was easy to average depending on the interviewer and a little more serious then expected.

First round with two associates and then super day consisting of case study and two other interviews. People were nice, made me feel comfortable, good experience overall. Questions were behavioral and regarding credit analysis, credit products, loan underwriting, which company would be good for Citi, etc.

Candidates are first required to carefully read the provided materials and conduct a structured case analysis as a team. Based on the case, participants will discuss key issues, propose logical solutions, and clearly articulate their reasoning. After the group discussion, interviewers will ask technical and role-related questions to assess candidates’ analytical skills, business understanding, and communication abilities in a collaborative setting.
