Had an on campus interview during Citi's on campus recruiting with one interviewer, primarily behavioral questions. Interviewer was nice and seemed genuinely interested in the interview and made it extremely conversational.

My interview was first round and very chill. The first few minutes were small talk. The next fifteen minutes were questions from my interviewer. The last ten minutes were my questions for the interviewer.

Entrevista
The interview process was very long and included 3 interviews. The last interview was an hour long with 3 people. I never heard back after waiting months. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks.

Participates in senior leadership meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed.
Assists senior level management in gathering data and information for executive level reporting and to take ownership of specified projects and tasks.
