I was first contacted by a recruiter about the job after having unsuccessfully applied to a number of other jobs at Citi. The recruiter set me up with an initial phone interview with the person who would become my immediate supervisor. That interview went really well, she was very clear about what they were expecting and I felt like we communicated great. A week later the recruiter calls me back and wants to set up a phone interview with another SVP in the department who will also need work from me. That interview went great as well, he communicated the job requirements to me and also had some great things to say about Citi. About a week after that I was contacted to come in for a face to face interview with the Managing Director of the department at the Citi headquarters in NYC. Again, the interview went amazingly well, we talked back and forth about my experience, education, and even views on corporate social responsibility. My perception of the people I talked to was that they really enjoyed working for Citi and felt that it was a place where I would be given substantial opportunity to grow professionally and academically throughout my career.

Very smooth, Standard questions were asked. I would recommend to prepare STAR stories. Be positive, Citi respects positive attitude a lot. Be respective towards Interviewer that way you will be able to connect with interviewer. Also be prepared for job description, mostly questions will be asked based on it.
