Dont forget to fully complete all steps and submit your app to get a call back. Then theres an assessment. If you pass hr will call you for a phone interview. If you pass that then you will get another callback to schedule a face to face interview that usually lasts about an hour. Dont forget to answer in complete format and ask questions afterward.

General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
