It was a very clear and well defined process. I had met the HR of Citibank for the first round of Interview and post that I met the RSM (Regional Sales manager) for the Sales & Distribution vertical. I cleared both the rounds and then got a call from the HR for negotiation of Salary. Post that they asked me to give an aptitude test. On successful completion of my aptitude test, I got an offer letter from the company.
