Entrevista
I interviewed for Citi bank's Graduate Management Associate (GMA) role through our campus placements. Initial round was resume shortlisting. The second round was a group discussion, which was a simulation round where each person in the group had to take a role (for ex: CEO, branch manager, operations head etc.) and participate in the decision making. The final round had HR and a Senior VP as the interviewers. This round had questions on resume, HR questions (Why Citi, how do you manage xxx (some) situation etc), and a few questions based on the role (for me, the questions were based on economic events). The interviewers were pretty cool and there wasn't any point at which they tried to make me feel tense or uncomfortable. Overall, the interview was average and it was a nice experience.

Please give us a summary of subprime crisis. (followup questions: what could you have done to avoid it?, Do you think that could happen in Indian scenario?)

Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

Tell me about a time you've handled data and what did you use this
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
