An HR recruiter contacted me via email two months after applying online. There was no interview with her nor any kind of online tests. An online interview with senior executives in Tampa, FL was disrectly scheduled. It lasted around 45 minutes and it has been the best interview I have had so far. The three of them were really friendly and knew how to lead the process. They showed themselves attentive to the conversation as well. Sadly, I had technical difficulties at home over which I had no control and the call was cut two times. Also, despite I clearly specified I was living in a Peru and not Colombia when I applied, it seemed none of them was aware of it until I mentioned it. The outcome of the process was sent via email 5 months after applying online. A pretty long process.
