Application online and then hr phone call interview, then arrange the team head interview , lastly department head interview and dig deep on your resume because they don’t want to hire the wrong person , then recieve offer

Long and unprofessional. They ask questions that has nothing to do with the position. They talk down to you in the interview. They low ball you with a really small salary for a lot of responsibility.
