Terrible. Interviewed with HR over phone and was only asked basic HR related questions like when I am available to work and what my min salary requirements are. Then I interviewed with a Director over the phone and he was completely unprepared for the interview (did not even know where I was located). He explained to me what the role is and asked me some questions about my current role. At the end he said I would be hearing from HR soon. Weeks later I check online that the hiring process is complete. Never got anything from HR.

Easy not that difficult similar to other forms at this level and what they tend to ask. Several rounds with different levels of management. Taking into account experience and education during the process.
