First step was a phone interview which followed the pre-screening by the Citi recruiter. The initial phone interview focused on basic qualifications. Next step was in person interview at the Citi office. The following week, three phone interviews with various levels of management focused on problem solving in difficult situations.

What do you think it will be like to work here and how will it stretch your abilities?
Pretty straightforward no surprise questions. 2 rounds plus Human Resources. It took awhile as their Human Resources department seems backed up or understaffed. The salary was reasonable but I didn't think I would like the current environment.
