1st round phone interview - walked through resume and behavioral questions.
2nd round interviews a week later - 1 case interview followed by two interviews which dug deep into former projects and involved some discussion of technical decisions.

First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
