Interview is average with 2 technical round only focussing more on java internals. If you are looking for core engineering or distributed systems woke experience then you should apply some products based company ,as captive re more focussed on diversity and business as usual activities

Long and unprofessional. They ask questions that has nothing to do with the position. They talk down to you in the interview. They low ball you with a really small salary for a lot of responsibility.
