Firstly, a short interview with HR to let HR know more about you. Secondly, a team assessment with around 6-7 other candidates for 2-3 hours. Thirdly, an interview with senior managers.

How do you think Citi can gain in this industry in terms of revenue?
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
