The interview process is similar to other companies. Upon applying, a recruiter may reach out to you for a screening call. The screening call contains only basic questions. Such as why you want to work for Citi and what you are most proud of in your life.

Phone call, personality assesment, some brainteasers, call with the manager. The whole process took around 3 months. The interviewers were very nice and responsive. I got the offer and accepted it, got to work with some very nice people
