Applied through University and had on campus interview. Interview was 30min long and interviewer was nice. Asked about my experiences and what I thought about the market, what kind of group I would be interested in and explained what the different groups do.

you're placed in a group with 7/8 people, given three articles to discuss, normal market events. There will be anotehr round of interview which they call the technical interview; go through a case study sort of situation related to capital raising
