I first applied to Citibank online and during the application process, I was told to take an online screening assessment. After taking the assessment, I recieved an email a couple hours later saying that I passed the screening. The next day, I received a phone call asking me to schedule a phone interview. You have the opportunity to either schedule it with her over the phone or do it online. I personally did mine online. They call you ON TIME so watch your phone a minute before so you don't miss it. She asked basic questions and it was mostly about you. Unfortunately, I wasn't as ready as I could have been so I didn't move past this stage.
