Describe a situation that you had to deal with a difficult person and how you handled it.
Very easy going and straightforward with a fast turn around time for a response back from the hiring department. There was a panel of 3 hiring managers. If you practice the STAR format you will be fine. Past collections experience is a must. You will be fingerprinted on the day of the interview.
