Most importantly had to be well-versed in Finance and bilingual. The financial manager was polite and patient, as well as made the interview process engaging and transparent about the job qualifications.

Initial Phone interview/phone screening to go over basic level/housekeeping items. Other things asked were quick overviews of resume items like previous employers, dates of employment and reasons for leaving. Asked what type of work environment I like.

The interview lasted 30 minutes. Went over the job role and asked me questions about my experience and also asked me how I dealt with certain situations. The interview was straight forward went over salary benefits etc.
