Interview process was lengthy and tiring. Pretty much waiting time between the rounds. They did serve with sandwiches and tea after every round for compensating. Disappointing HR round with no hike in the offer letter as they felt my current package was already too high. I do not understand the intention behind calling a candidate and rejecting on grounds of ECTC as that's something already discussed before calling for the interview.
